Mandu is an old fort city in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. It contains the remnants of the great & true love-story of Rani Roopmati & Baz Bahadur (Bayazid Khan Ali).

Parmar Dynasty or House of Paramara was a prominent Indian Rajput Dynasty. Raja Bhoj or Bhoja was one of the greatest ruler of this dynasty.

From 1143 to 1175, Malwa was ruled by an usurper, whose name was Ballala, and later by Solanki Dynasty of Gujarat. In 1175, Parmar Dynasty again captured the throne.

After the defeat & death of Mahalakadeva by Alauddin Khilji of Delhi SultanateParmar Dynasty came to an end. And Malwa went into the hands of Delhi SultanateDelhi Sultanate ruled Malwa from 1305 to 1401.
